Reservations

Reservations can be made at OPENTABLE up to 3 months in advance. Depending on your party size and reservation moment, we might require a credit card number to hold your reservation.  

.  What is the minimum?

We invite you to host your private party or corporate event at NU. There is a 25 guest minimum, at USD 100 per guest dinner plus 1,000 USD 0 beverage minimum. A 20% service charge will be added to the entire check. For best available dates, we recommend booking up to 6 months in advance. We do not rent out the restaurant on Friday or Saturday night. 

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancelation Policy varies depending on the party size and moment of reservation, and are clearly advised by writing prior to booking is being formally made. 

Large Groups / Capacity

Groups of 12 to 25 people require an advanced reservation and special Group Menu. Due to limited space, groups of 25 or more are asked to rent the entire restaurant. All large groups are on one check and automatic 20% service charge is added. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate reservations with more than 10 guests on Friday and Saturday night. We do not have a separate area for large groups.

Private Parties

Can I take Mariachi?

No, unless you book the entire restaurant.

Seating

We will always do our best to try and accommodate your seating requests, but we do not guarantee assigned seats.

Gluten-Free and Vegan Offerings

Our menu contains many vegan recipes as well as non-gluten offers. Our kitchen is not a gluten-free environment, however, so it is possible these menu items could come into contact with gluten during preparation.

 Dietary Restrictions

If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please advise it when making the reservation, as well as the waiter attending you. Our facility uses wheat, egg, soybean, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and many other possible allergens. Please be aware that normal operations involve shared cooking and preparation areas, including common fryer oil and grills. The possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products. Due to these circumstances, we are unable to guarantee that any menu items can be completely free of allergens.

We offer a complimentary dessert for special occasion.
 
Corkage Fee

There is a maximum of 2 bottles allowed from the outside per table. Corkage is $50 per 750 ml bottle.

Last Seating

Our last seating is 30 minutes prior to close. However, if there are no customers in the restaurant within 40 min. of normal closing time we will close early.
 
Separate Checks

Because we are not computerized, we prepare one check per table.
 
Take Out and Delivery

We do not offer take out nor delivery.

 Holidays

We have a special menu for Christmas and New Year’s Eve

 Service Charge

An automatic 15% service charge is added to every bill.

  Methods of Payment

We accept Mexican Pesos, US Dollar, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Sorry, we do not accept any checks.
